Labor Day Weekend

Field Trip
Yesterday I had the opportunity to go on a field trip with my daughter. We traveled to the state capitol and also to the botanical center in Des Moines. It was a really exciting trip. If you have never been to our state capitol I would highly recommend it! It is a very beautiful building full of a wealth of history and interesting artifacts. The Field is Set
What an exciting weekend of basketball! The Final Four is all set now. UConn will play Kentucky and in the other extremely crazy bracket VCU the #11 seed will play Butler the #8 seed. The winners of each respectively will advance to play for the National Championship.
